With extensive experience in home healthcare and private practice, Uma brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to her role.
Outside of work, she enjoys listening to health podcasts, watching movies, and spending quality time with her family and beloved dogs.
Clinical Experience
Thush has experience working in physiotherapy private practice and treating a wide range of conditions, with a particular interest in neck and shoulder pain, back pain, knee pain, and women’s pelvic health conditions (bowel, bladder, and prolapse).
Manual therapy is one of her strengths, and she uses a hands-on approach during treatment sessions. Beyond exercise prescription, she is passionate about providing patients with strategies for injury prevention and self-management. She believes that understanding patients’ interests and goals is crucial in providing evidence-based, effective treatments.
